By means of isotonic contraction, we studied the enhancing effects of atractylodes macrocephala on the smooth muscle of mice small intestine. 以等长收缩的形式观察并记录了不同浓度的自术对小鼠小肠平滑肌收缩功能的影响。结果表明白术能显著增强小肠平滑肌收缩幅度、收缩频率,能显著延长小肠平滑肌在缺氧情况下的收缩时间。
